Train Transfers To and From Tucson Airport

Upon arrival at Tucson International Airport (TUS), passengers can choose from several ground transportation services, including rental cars, taxis, rideshares, hotel shuttle services, and buses.

The airport does not have direct rail service, but Amtrak provides trips from downtown Tucson.

The quickest way to get from Tucson Airport (TUS) to Tucson Amtrak Station is by taxi, which costs less than $30.00 and takes 15 minutes.

Tucson station is an Amtrak train depot in Tucson, Arizona, served three times a week by the Sunset Limited and Texas Eagle trains.

The depot was built in 1907 by the Southern Pacific Railroad (SP). It was designed by the SP's architect, Daniel J. Patterson, who designed several depots during the same era, including the San Antonio Station.

The Old Pueblo Trolley extended its historic streetcar line to the depot in 2009.

Sun Link assumed operation of the line on July 25, 2014. The Southern Arizona Transportation Museum is located in the old Records Vault building.
